Information for Parents
Access to health records can be provided through your own account for children under the age of 13.
Log in or sign up, and then request access to your child’s health record:
- In the MyChart website, go to Settings and click Request Family Access.
- In the MyChart app, tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen, and then tap Request Family Access.
You’ll need your child’s Social Security Number or Medical Record Number (MRN). You can find the MRN on a receipt from the child’s doctor’s visit, right above the home telephone number.
